These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and taka23 ("taka23", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at taka23.app. By accessing, registering on, or using the taka23 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all services provided by taka23, including but not limited to: online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, virtual games, promotional offers, loyalty programs, and all associated account and payment services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the taka23 platform.

taka23 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page, along with the effective date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of taka23 following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional or game-specific rules published elsewhere on the platform, the more specific rule shall take precedence for that specific context. However, these Terms shall govern all matters not addressed by specific rules.

To register and use taka23, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. taka23 operates on a strict 18+ policy. This is non-negotiable and cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing taka23 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using taka23 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of taka23 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual private player, not on behalf of any business entity or third party.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on taka23 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

taka23 conducts age verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. If there is any reason to suspect that a player is underage, taka23 will suspend the account immediately, freeze any balance, and conduct a full age verification review. Any winnings accrued during a period when the player was underage will be permanently forfeited. taka23 will not be liable for any losses suffered by an underage player, and the platform reserves the right to take all legally available steps to address the situation.

To access real-money features of taka23, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, a valid email address, and a contact phone number.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one taka23 account. Registering more than one account, whether under the same identity or using different personal details, is strictly prohibited. taka23 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved will be suspended, and any balances — including both deposited funds and winnings — may be forfeited at taka23's sole discretion.

Account Verification (KYC): taka23 is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, before activating full account features. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the past three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by taka23 may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or the temporary freezing of your account until verification is completed. taka23 processes all KYC documentation securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taka23 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any other person. taka23 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity carried out on your account is your responsibility unless you have notified taka23 of unauthorised access in writing at the earliest opportunity.

Deposits: taka23 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer from supported banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. taka23 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees which are outside taka23's control.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to friends, family members, or any other individual — are not accepted. If taka23 identifies a third-party deposit, the funds will be returned to their source (less any applicable transaction costs) and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. To be eligible to withdraw, your account must have completed KYC verification and your account must be in good standing with no active investigations or restrictions applied.

Processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within one (1) hour during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: One (1) to five (5) business days, subject to card network processing times.
• Bank Transfer: Up to twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Transfers requested outside BST business hours may be processed on the next business day.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): taka23 maintains anti-money laundering procedures in accordance with responsible platform operation standards. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger an account review. During any review, taka23 may temporarily suspend withdrawal rights until the review is complete. Players are required to cooperate fully with any such review, including providing additional documentation upon request.

taka23 will not process withdrawals to a payment method that was not used for a deposit. If your original payment method is no longer available, please contact [email protected] to discuss alternative arrangements, which will be subject to additional verification requirements.

taka23 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, and to the following general conditions which apply to all taka23 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms (e.g., a bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before withdrawal). Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not to the deposit amount. The contribution of different game types toward meeting wagering requirements varies: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.

Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue, typically between 7 and 30 days. If wagering requirements are not met within the expiry period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be automatically removed from your account balance.

Bonus Abuse: taka23 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and confiscate any associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements with minimal risk, placing bets on all or most possible outcomes of an event to guarantee a profit regardless of result, or providing false information during registration in order to qualify for a promotion.

Loyalty Program: taka23 operates a Loyalty Program that rewards players with points for real-money wagers placed on the platform. Loyalty points accumulate toward tier upgrades and associated rewards including cashback percentages, free spins, and enhanced withdrawal limits. By using taka23, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You further agree to the following obligations:

• You will provide accurate and truthful information at all times, during registration and in all subsequent communications with taka23.
• You will not use the taka23 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, financing of illegal activities, or circumventing financial regulations.
• You will not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise compromise the technical infrastructure, software, databases, or security systems of taka23.
• You will not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, data mining tools, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the taka23 platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other players or the platform.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing cards, strategies, or information in real-time during live casino games or poker variants.
• You will not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content, software, trademarks, or intellectual property belonging to taka23 without prior written authorisation.
• You will not engage in abusive, threatening, offensive, or harassing behaviour toward taka23 staff, customer support agents, or other players on any channel of communication.
• You accept that gambling carries financial risk and that you are wagering your own legally obtained funds. taka23 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling on the platform.

taka23 reserves the right to monitor account activity for compliance with these obligations. If any breach is identified, taka23 may take immediate action including, but not limited to, suspending your account, cancelling pending withdrawals, forfeiting bonuses and associated winnings, and reporting the matter to the relevant authorities where legally required.

Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your taka23 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days.

Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, taka23 offers self-exclusion tools that can be activated for a specified period or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals can be initiated. taka23 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players. Suspension by taka23: taka23 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of game vulnerabilities.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• A court order or instruction from a competent regulatory authority requiring account suspension or closure.

In cases of account suspension due to suspected breach of Terms, taka23 will conduct an investigation before making a final determination. During the investigation period, access to the account and any pending withdrawals may be withheld. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, full access will be restored and any pending withdrawals processed promptly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taka23 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the taka23 platform or any services offered on it. This includes, without limitation, any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or any financial losses.

taka23 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure continuous uptime and platform stability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions, and events beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

In the event that a game or betting market is affected by a technical error that results in an incorrect display of odds, payouts, or game outcomes, taka23 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to players. taka23 is not obligated to honour winnings that result from clearly erroneous odds, software malfunctions, or display errors.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless taka23, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

Disputes: Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through taka23's internal complaints procedure by contacting [email protected] with full details of the complaint. taka23 will respond to formal complaints within ten (10) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, the matter may be escalated in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures.
