Cooling-Off Period for Increases: As a safeguard, any request to increase an existing deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect. This prevents impulsive decisions made during a losing streak from bypassing your own protections. Decreases take effect immediately.

Time-Out & Session Controls
Sometimes a player needs a short break without committing to a lengthy self-exclusion period. taka23's time-out and session control features are designed for exactly this situation — they give you breathing room quickly and without bureaucracy.
Configure alerts to notify you after a set duration of play (30, 60, or 90 minutes). A pop-up displays your current session length, net result, and prompts you to decide whether to continue or stop.
At your chosen interval, taka23 shows a reality check panel with your total bets placed, total winnings, and net position for the session. This factual snapshot replaces the emotional blur of prolonged play.
Immediately suspend your account for 24 hours. No deposits, no bets, no logins. Useful after a frustrating session or if you feel you are playing reactively rather than enjoyably.
A seven-day account suspension that gives you a full week away from taka23. Shorter than a formal self-exclusion, this option suits players who want a structured but temporary break.
All time-out requests are processed within one (1) hour of receipt by taka23 support. During a time-out period, taka23 will not send you any promotional emails, SMS messages, or marketing communications. The time-out ends automatically at the conclusion of the chosen period, after which your account returns to normal status. You do not need to take any action to reactivate it.
If you feel the time-out period you selected is not long enough, you may request an extension at any time during the active period, or convert your time-out into a formal self-exclusion (see Section 5 below).

Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a formal, binding commitment to stop using taka23 for a defined period. It is the strongest player-protection tool available on the platform and is strongly recommended for any player who feels their gambling is becoming difficult to control.

What Happens During Self-Exclusion:
